My Spring Break

Victoria:
Have fancy victorian lunch at Empress hotel, receive well earned Queen's Venturer award, explore downtown Victoria, eat opulent dinner at Ric's Restarant, explore downtown Victoria with camera, have breakfast at navy base, take a tour of a navy ship, go home, leave for Idaho.

This is the hotel that I stayed at for the night.

My room

Picture with some important people.

This is the ship we toured

Idaho:

Visit with Mike, meet room mates, go on photo scavenger hunt date, watch the Office season 3, explore the area, eat the best burger and tots ever, go off-roading, watch Jason Bourne beat people up, attend church, go to girls apartment for easter dinner, go on easter egg hunt in Ricks building, attend classes, explore campus, visit with Ann Polley, taste collage student life.

We drove by this old shack, and decided to drop in for some pics.

This was Mikes plan for the ultimate splashing picture - to hide behind and take pictures through a sheet of glass, and still remain dry.

It worked for him...

but I got splashed.

This trip was great! I had a awesome time.

Mutations

Everybody seems to want me to update my blog more, so I have. These are some i have taken with my new Nikon D-40!

Yes, I know. It's gross. I can barely look at it, due to its freakishly grotesque realism. I must admit, however, that this could be a very useful mutation for the following reasons...

  • You would never need to use a mirror.
  • When your doing your hair you could see the back all on your own.
  • If you are a spy, you could see around corners more easily to spot danger.

  • You could see into small or tight spaces (cords behind the TV or computer, and so on)
  • I suppose it would also make it easier to cheat on tests
  • You could see over the man of very large carriage, or the woman with Marge Simpson hair, sitting in front of you in the movies, theatre, or concert.

The list could go on and on. If you have any more suggestions of how a eyehand could be useful, then by all means feel free to comment!

This picture is actually not very photoshopped. I simply closed my eyes while taking the picture.
